1. Each spindle is equipped with a spindle detector and a red light. The red light flashes and the speed abnormal red light is bright; every 18 spindle detector consists of a sounding device；
2. Each spinning frame is made up of multiple single spindle devices, each with a data collector and an intelligent terminal；
3. Intelligent terminal is connected with data acquisition device, and the collected data is transmitted to the back-end server by means of Zigbee；
4. Install LED and red light green light on the head of each machine. According to the specific breakage and velocity anomaly, the number of different light combinations is displayed; LED shows the number of broken heads on the left, the number of velocity anomalies, the number of broken ends on the right and the number of velocity anomalies.
